| A few years ago we decided to build an extension on our house and make it accessible for our daughter who uses a wheelchair. We were lucky enough to meet Joe Cerasuolo of JGC
Construction. The job he did was fantastic. We were thrilled with the results and my daughter can get around the house now very easily. We recently decided to renovate the Master Bathroom. Paulette
designed the bathroom and it is gorgeous. She has fabulous taste and great ideas. I can honestly say they are a great team in every way.

Your point of view on some of my ideas really enhanced them and resulted in many unique effects. The way you coordinated the project with JGC Construction made everything run smoothly. What a great bunch of craftsmen! Each one did his job expertly, neatly and timely with courtesy and attention to detail.

| We chose Superior Surroundings for interior design (Paulette) and JGC Construction (Joe) for a variety of reasons. First I wanted one-stop shopping. Since my husband and I work many hours and travel for business, I needed to know that I had a "TEAM" with both companies, and that they would work closely together without my having to get involved ...
Paulette did an excellent job of translating my tastes, even when I wasn't sure of what I wanted. Having a limited amount of time, I would voice my thoughts and within a day or two have drafted plans to review. I did not have to get involved in schedules, issues, deadlines, etc, that was all accomplished by Paulette and Joe. One of the issues I have had with other designers is they tend to tell you what you want and need, and you end up taking on their style. Paulette asked what I wanted for every room and if my ideas did not fit the style of the house, she altered them to satisfy my taste while maintaining the décor of the home.
JGC did excellent renovation work. We gut and renovated the kitchen and two bathrooms, repaired and painted all walls and changed much of the plumbing and electrical work throughout the house. It is hard to find people who still maintain a "craft" rather than half-heartedly complete tasks. Also, JGC has such a close relationship with Superior Surroundings, they often offered their own "design" ideas ...
Most Importantly, when you take on a project of this size, you’re going to live with these people for a long time. It is very important that you like and trust them. I always felt comfortable with both companies going in and out of my home while I wasn't there. I also enjoyed working with them to make the home I have now. I would certainly recommend them to others.

| I take great delight in commending Joe Cerasuolo and his outstanding firm, J.G.C. Construction, to you.
Our firm is an international design firm with clients on both the East and West Coasts. The headquarters for our firm is located in Arkansas, with ancillary offices in Dallas and New York.
Naturally, it is impossible for me as principal of the firm to always be on-site for various installations. Joe Cerasuolo has served as an incomparable extension of our firm.
The best part about Joe is that he is a problem solver. Couple that aforementioned with his not having the word "no" in his vocabulary, and you have the consummate contractor.
It is not uncommon for Joe to provide solutions that are perhaps better than those we might have previously considered.
George Andersen Associates is known for the excellence of its work and its servants’ mentality. I dare say J.G.C. Construction adheres to the same philosophy.
